These terms govern the relationship between MiniMomentz ("we") and clients who book photography services or use this website.

Bookings and deposit

A session is confirmed once a booking deposit is paid and a confirmation is sent by MiniMomentz. The deposit secures your date and is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that family circumstances change, particularly with young babies. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

Image delivery

Edited images are delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking, typically 2–4 weeks. Images are delivered via an online gallery. We retain copyright of all photographs. Clients receive a personal use licence for the images in their gallery. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

Image usage and consent

We may request consent to use session images for portfolio, website or social media purposes. Consent is always sought explicitly and separately from the session agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Liability

MiniMomentz is fully insured. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Newborn safety

The safety of your baby is our absolute priority. All posing and handling is done with full attention to baby's comfort and safety. We will never attempt a pose or setup that we are not comfortable with from a safety perspective.

The content on minimomentz.co is for informational purposes. All photography and written content is the property of MiniMomentz and may not be reproduced without written permission.
